Thank you for selecting Over The Top Quilting Studio’s Studio 110 for your crafting or meeting needs. We strive to make the space comfortable, usable and safe, but there are a few “community rules” we ask you follow.
Health and Safety:
- The health and safety of all participants is a joint responsibility of the groups and Studio 110.
- Use of masks within a Studio 110 group is at the discretion of the entire group.
- Tables are set so that you are at a safe 6’ apart. If you do move tables and chairs please replace them as they were. Overflow space into a separate room may be available on a per situation basis.
- Each group provides their own paper plates, cups, and plastic forks. Please consider bringing your own mugs for your personal use.
- We are a non-smoking facility
- No pets allowed
- The space must be cleaned up upon exit. Place all trash in the large trash can, pick up any excess fabric or paper and run the vacuum (provided).
Team Lead – One member of the group is designated as the Team Lead. The Team Lead takes full responsibility for the group’s use of Studio 110. The Team Lead is responsible for communication with us, making changes, resolving issues, and key replacement (if necessary). If the key is lost, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged to the Team Lead’s credit card, kept on file. Any damage to the space will be charged to the Team Lead.
Front Door Lock and Key: The key will be kept in a lock box on the front door. The Team Lead opens the front door, retains the key until the end of session, ensures that the door is locked, and returns the key to the lockbox. Each Team Lead will have a code for the lockbox to ensure security and accountability. We recommend once all participants have arrived, the front door should be locked from the inside to prevent strangers walking in. If the key is lost, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged to the Team Lead’s credit card, kept on file.
Thermostat: Thermostat will be set at 68 during the winter and 76 during the summer. Adjustments may be made during sewing sessions. If you do, please reset the thermostat to those temperatures before locking up at the end of the session.
WiFi: Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Streaming music: An Alexa Amazon device is available.
General: Please ensure tables are cleared. It’s best for participants to bring their own tools (rotary cutter, rulers, sewing supplies) but there are a shared selection of cutters, and rulers which must be returned to the common area bucket, located under the cutting table in the front room.
- A vacuum is available for end of session clean up.
- Please pick up any large pieces of fabric and vacuum the carpets after each session. Be sure to unplug the irons.
- A refrigerator is available for your use. Please empty any items from the refrigerator at the end of your session. If leaving something for a subsequent sewing session, please clearly mark with name and date. Otherwise, unmarked items will be discarded.
- Eating and Drinking: What is time together without food and drink … a plain meeting! So of course, you are welcome to eat and drink. Please clean up after yourself, throw all your food trash into the large trash bin near the refrigerator. Please clean any spills using the appropriate cleaning product which is in the cabinet in the bathroom. We are not to be held responsible for the use of alcohol and only legal aged adults may consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
