This 3 hour class is a follow-on to the APQS Beginner’s Class. It is an introduction to custom quilting and extends your skills. Learn how to study a quilt top and choose the just right design to make it “sing.”

Instruction is very personalized as there is a maximum of 2 students in the class.

Learn a variety of background fill techniques as well as an introduction to beginner feathers. Learn how to handle common quilting problems.

Some ruler work is covered. This class makes you ready for custom work and sets you up for more intensive ruler, template, feathers, and custom quilting.
