How to calculate quilting only costs:

  • Determine the length and width of your quilt top.
  • Multiply those numbers together to find the number of square inches of your quilt.
  • Multiply that number by the cost value associated with the level of quilting you desire (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 – see examples below)

For example:  your quilt is 50″x60″.    That is 3000 square inches.   You desire level 3 type of quilting so multiply 3000 by $.035, yielding a cost (for quilting only) of $105.
