We will delve into the ins and outs of tension, loading a quilt, what types of thread and batting work best in a variety of circumstances. Also discussed will be answers to the most common questions (bring ’em on!) that a new longarm owner may have.

We will discuss basic maintenance and care of your machine, how to set up a pantograph, how to approach a “problem” quilt and more. Essential tools and fun-to-have-yet-useful gadgets will also be covered. If you are interested in starting a longarm business we have you covered on how to best approach the process.

Class is mainly demonstration and is for new APQS Owners and Certified Used APQS owners. Class will leave you confident in all aspects of longarm quilting.  Class is free for new APQS owners. (For all others, the price is $200 per participant.)
