Learn multiple ways of creating appliqué pieces, as well as multiple way of finishing the appliqué. Appliqué need not be tedious, confusing, or monotonous. Explore several creative appliqué finishing options, including Faux-Needleturn technique, no-fray raw-edge appliqué, finishing appliqué edges with hand or machine embroidery, and a fun “Peek-a-boo” reverse appliqué method.

– Gallon size zip-loc bag of scraps of any size (available at the studio)
– Background fabric -1 yd (available at the studio)
– Fusible – 1 yd – Misty Fuse available at the studio
– Stabilizer – 1 yd – available at the studio
– Interfacing – 1 yd – available at the studio
– Yarn – 36″ – we will have some for you to use. Or bring your own.
– Standard sewing supplies.
– Be sure to bring all feet for your machine.
